How do I create a SeniorHub account?
Download the SeniorHub Caregivers app from Google Play or the App Store, or sign up directly on our web platform.
How do I connect the tablet or the senior app?
From the caregiver app, go to household settings and generate a pairing QR code to scan from the senior device.
Is my personal data protected?
Yes. Your data is hosted in Europe, encrypted in transit and at rest with our hosting provider, and our backups are encrypted with a key that only we hold — the host cannot read them. You can export your data or delete your account at any time, and we never resell it. Some processing by our providers, such as AI and email, happens outside the EU and is listed in our privacy policy.
