Activity

Senior Hub is a mobile and web application for coordinating everyday life, intended for seniors, family caregivers and professional helpers. It allows the management of appointments, tasks, reminders, documents and a life journal, and coordination within the household.

Senior Hub is an everyday organisation tool. It does not constitute a medical device or a health-tracking tool. The reminders offered are simple memory aids.

Intellectual property

All content of the Senior Hub application (texts, images, design, source code, logos) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation, is prohibited.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The data controller is Benjamin Cohen Solal, who can be reached at privacy@seniorhub.fr.

In accordance with the GDPR, you may exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) by writing to privacy@seniorhub.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, the French data protection authority).

Governing law

These legal notices are governed by French law, without prejudice to the protective rules you enjoy as a consumer, in particular the option of bringing a case before the court of your place of residence.
